about chameleon software

Chameleon Software is an innovative software company established in 1993 in Perth, Western Australia. Chameleon provides software solutions for niche markets which excel in quality and usability.

Chameleon Software has developed the product case manager - released in 1994, after identifying the significant opportunities arising from the computerisation of business. Custom solutions have also been developed for large organisations such as Queensland Rail, Telstra and Commonwealth Government departments. Chameleon Software are also a Microsoft Partner, accredited for their developer program.

David Leckenby – Managing Director
David is a highly skilled developer, systems analyst, programmer and project manager. He is very customer focused and is aware of the need to deliver a project on time and on budget, by ensuring the solution fits what the customer wants and needs.

Lisa Holley – Ergonomist/Operations Manager
Lisa is the driving force behind case manager. Starting out as an Occupational Therapist working in the rehabilitation industry, she identified the need for more efficient and user friendly software in the early 1990s. She focuses on the big picture and strategic planning for case manager and is the business operations manager for Chameleon Software.

Megan George - Business Development Manager
Megan’s background as an Occupational Therapist, Rehabilitation Consultant and Manager provides a unique insight into the users experience of Case Manager. Megan has also pursued the world of film and publishing and has a passion for IT, and the benefits it can provide.  

Sandy Kinghorn – Chief Technical Officer
Sandy has a solid background in software development, product management and technical leadership. He combines this with a passion for finding solutions that improve users’ daily lives.

Sally Pryor - Training Manager
Sally is an experienced educator, communicator, IT person and media creative. She is passionate about helping customers learn, find the information that they need and harness the power of Case Manager in their business 

Kugan Gnanasegaran - Support Manager
Kugan is an IT Customer Service specialist with substantial experience in the management of Help Desk and Customer Service Centers. He is passionate about finding excellent solutions for customers.

Emma Richardson - Support Engineer
Emma is an IT Customer Service specialist who enjoys finding innovative ways to address complex business challenges. She enjoys helping you
