Paul is a qualified teacher and Cisco & Novell network administrator. He has extensive experience in the IT industry in user support and training. Paul is responsible for our online training program delivery and online help. He also provides user support both on the telephone, remotely and by email. He enjoys helping people at any level of expertise to get their job done.
