• Easier to learn and use. We believe that Case Manager has a superior user interface over our competitors' products which translates to lower training costs and higher user acceptance. The importance of user acceptance of a system cannot be underestimated and can determine the effectiveness of using the computer as a case management tool. The program conforms to standard Windows operating conventions, so if you know how to use other Windows programs, you will know how to use Case Manager.

• Minimal typing. Where possible Case Manager will fill in fields for you using your customised lists.

• Robust database system. The multi user version of Case Manager uses the Sybase SQL Anywhere database server. Sybase are one of the leading database suppliers for the Health Industry in the United States. No other product in this price range is offering such advanced technology.

• Scalability. Based on true client/server technology, Case Manager is capable of scaling up to suit your growing organisation. If the number of users grows rapidly, you only need to upgrade one machine - the database server.

• Data Security. Each user has their on security profile to access Case Manager. Access rights can be limited to read only, modify or full access. Access to certain tabs can also be limited (for example only allowing administration staff to access Accounts for Invoicing).

• Price. From benchmarking other products with similar functionality our pricing is well below our competitors.

• Open format for data analysis. The data entered into Case Manager is not locked away in a proprietary format but is available for analysis via many reporting tools (such as MS Access).
