The Multi User Edition is designed for practices with more than one consultant and supports multi-user network operation. This edition utilises Sybase's SQL Anywhere as the database server which provides superior reliability, performance and backup features.

A Case Manager site license allows you to install the program on a single network and allows one person to use Case Manager at any one time. This single license can be shared between multiple computers on the network. If more than one person needs to use the program simultaneously you will need to purchase one or more additional user licences.

The Sole Consultant Edition is designed specifically for people operating as a sole provider and is limited to recording billable time for a single person only. This utilises Microsoft Access as the database and has all the features required for a sole consultant.
