When paying by credit card, the cost is charged in Australian Dollars. The US Dollar/United Kingdom Pounds charge to your Visa will be determined by the exchange rate on the day this payment is processed.

Upgrade Subscriptions

Version upgrades are scheduled to be released on a 3 Monthly basis, improving on Case Managers features and functionality. This subscription will keep you at the fore front of improvements made to Case Manager, giving you a competitive edge.

Renting

Every business operates differently and now you can choose either to purchase or rent your software. Renting is a great way to ensure you are always using the latest version, as subscribers are sent all upgrades automatically at no additional cost.

Site Licence Information

Case Manager is available in two different editions:

Sole Consultant

The Sole Consultant Edition is designed specifically for people operating as a sole provider and is limited to recording billable time for a single person only. This utilises Microsoft SQL Server as the database and has all the features required for a sole consultant.

Multi User Edition

The Multi User Edition is designed for practices with more than one consultant and supports multi-user network operation. This edition utilises Microsoft's SQL Server as the database server which provides superior reliability, performance and backup features.

A Case Manager site license allows you to install the program on a single network and allows one person to use Case Manager at any one time. This single license can be shared between multiple computers on the network. If more than one person needs to use the program simultaneously you will need to purchase one or more additional user licences.
