Case Manager Version 3.0 has started to take shape with the 'under the bonnet' work almost complete. Focus is now on the interface design and feature set. The pricing has also been finalised for the new version, including upgrade discounts. A new Report Bundle for the current version has also been released last month. The reports are in an Excel spreadsheet and give a snap shot of the current status of open clients and summary information of closed cases (e.g. Average duration, average costs, outcomes etc) for a selected period.

Case Manager Version 3 has a feature release plan that enables the product to be constantly evolving. This is a major benefit to your business as the tools you need to run your business efficiently are continually improving. The introduction of optional Additional Modules will also allow you to best pick the feature set that your organisation will most benefit from. Please look and see if these reports may be useful for your organisation. The reports are designed to deliver information for a particular 'Bill To' company and date range. Because they are in Excel, you can play with the information and add more columns if you would like after they are created. The main features are:
Open Cases Detail Report - This includes summary information regarding open cases (including name, claim number, employer costs to date, duration of program, injury date, referral date, delay to referral)
Closed Cases Detail Report - The same summary information about closed cases
Closed Cases Summary Report - A summary of the organisation's overall outcomes, costs and durations.
