Upgrading

To upgrade your system you need to first download the appropriate file to your hard disk (or a floppy), and then run the program on the computer that you installed Case Manager on. Before installing the upgrade you should always:

Check you have a recent backup that was Validated successfully (see Backup.log in the Sybase folder).
Make sure everyone is out of Case Manager before you run the upgrade.
