Chameleon Software regularly release upgrades for Case Manager
(approx once a quarter) to add additional features and/or fix problems that we are made aware of.
Upgrades are part of our annual upgrade and support subscription. This
subscription allows us to continually roll out new features rather than
having major releases every 3 - 4 years. In the past 12 months the following
upgrade features have been released:
Custom fields (text, date, currency, integer, time, yes/no)
Case selector has the ability to select custom fields and export
information to Excel
New fields available in the case selector including billing
information (dates of cost, transactions, non billable hours, billable
hours), goals and estimates, contacts and dates of last document. All
can be exported to Excel for ad hoc reporting
Company database merge operations (able to drag and drop contacts
and offices into one company record).
Reports including increased tax reporting detail and sales reports
Task and reminder list
Report designer tool enhanced
In the next 6 months the following features are scheduled for release
Workflow Designer
Calendar
Web interface
