If you are currently experiencing difficulty connecting to our cloud based Case Manager, here are some things you should check first:
- Do you have an active connection to the internet - try searching for something at google.com
- Can you access our static help page: http://help.casemanager.biz/
- Can you bring up the login page of your web version of Case Manager: your-domain-name.casemanager.biz
- If you have internet access but can't connect to our server, check with http://aussieoutages.com/ to see if there is a known network issue with your ISP
