The Chameleon Support Portal has recently been updated to help you log the information we need to triage your support ticket quickly. The Support Portal can be accessed via Chameleon Support Portal     

Once you’ve signed up and gained access to the Chameleon Support Portal, you can begin logging tickets. The benefits of submitting a ticket via the portal include:

  • Submit tickets to our support team directly from the portal
  • Track and manage the status of your existing tickets
  • Request updates to your existing requests and incidents
  • Reduces the amount of time taken to triage and gather information regarding your request
  • As a result of the above, decreased overall troubleshooting time
  • Ensures tickets are resolved in a timely manner
