Comcare have released a factsheet, The impact of psychosocial hazards on musculoskeletal disorders. They state, ‘Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) can be complex in nature, and it is important to address psychosocial hazards, as well as physical hazards, in preventing and managing these disorders’. WorkSafe Victoria are undergoing scheme modernisation with changes taking effect from 31/03/2024.  

Victoria’s WorkCover scheme has implemented changes to the assessment of new mental injury claims and the entitlement to weekly payments after the 130 week second entitlement period
