How you recover a forgotten password will depend on if your business uses local logins or Microsoft Single Sign On, SSO
If you’re using local logins to access Case Manager, you can enable the ‘Forgot password’ feature that allows users to reset their own passwords. This feature can be found via Tools > Options > Security > Tick the ‘Enable forgot password feature’ option.
To reset your password when you are not logged in to Case Manager click ‘Forgot Password?’ at the login screen.
The self service password reset process is documented here – Passwords
If you have Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO) enabled for Case Manager, and a user is having trouble logging in, they will need to reset their Microsoft password. Instructions can be found here – How to reset MS password
